RADIOTHERAPY EDUCATION
Email & account security
Send account emails from your own domain and help students set up individual passwords.
Administrator sign-in
Sending email
Not configuredUse an SMTP credential from your email provider. For Amazon SES, create an SMTP username and password and verify radiotherapyeducation.org in the same AWS region. A password you invent here will not create a mailbox or connect a provider.
Saving changes pauses sending until the connection is checked again. The connection check does not send an email. Your provider must also approve the sender domain; Amazon SES needs production access to email unverified recipients.
Your admin password
Create a unique password and save it in Apple Passwords. This replaces the existing admin key and signs out other admin sessions.
Student password setup
Match each student to an email address confirmed by your course roster. The invitation verifies their email and lets them create their own password. Sending an invitation ends student-number-only access for that account.
Existing progress stays with the student. Students who have not been invited keep their current sign-in while you complete the rollout. An educational email address is not institutional SSO.
Institutional sign-in
University SSO can use the university’s MFA and keeps its password on the university’s sign-in page. RMIT integration needs an approved identity-provider registration before it can be enabled.
